Microsoft Excel: Financial Management

Description

Learn to manage your money with Excel! Students will create spreadsheets to manage their money from balancing a checkbook to financial analysis. Student will create spreadsheets that use the Excel financial functions for calculating a return on investment or calculating payments on a loan. Students will need a copy of Excel. A 30-day trial is available.

• Students will use some basic Excel financial functions to create spreadsheets.
• Students will use the Goal Seek and Solver tools to find solutions to financial problems.
• Students will keep track of their Goal Seek and Solver solutions using Scenarios.
• Students will use Pivot Tables and Charts to display their financial data.
