This class will give you a working knowledge of electronic spreadsheets, what they are and how to use them. You will be able to create and format Excel spreadsheets that include charts and multiple worksheets. You will be able to create and execute formulas and use the Excel functions. Data sorting and manipulation are also covered. You will learn to create three-dimensional workbooks, and to link workbooks. You will create financial forecast spreadsheets using the Excel financial functions. You will learn to work with the workgroup features of Excel. You will learn to import data into an Excel spreadsheet and will work with the data using the data management functions of Excel. You will create Excel macros and will learn the basics of VBA.
