Microsoft Publisher allows you to design documents from calendars to business cards, newsletters to brochures. In this course we will learn to create documents using templates and learn to add and format text and images. You will learn design techniques as well as how to use publisher. You will need a copy of Micorosoft Publisher. A 60-day trial is available
Students will identify the parts of the Publisher screen and create a basic document.
Students will add objects to their publications to create visual interest.
Students will create unique publications such as calendars and cards, as well as explore layouts and templates.
Students will create various types of business forms.
Students will create text-based publications such as newsletters and learn tools to apply to other longer publications.
Students will use Publisher to create a website and also learn how to create tables in their publications.
Student will explore more advanced features of Publisher.
Students will use what they have learned in the class to create a final project in Publisher.
