The Six Sigma Yellow Belt course will give learners a flavor of some of the methodologies used in this popular quality tool. The learner will receive an overview of the Six Sigma movement itself and some DMAIC, Control and Causal methodologies.
The learner will achieve a basic knowledge of the history of the Six Sigma movement and know the purpose of Six Sigma as measured by successful completion of Discussion, Practice, Assignment and Quiz.
The learner will achieve a basic knowledge of the DMAIC process as measured by successful completion of Discussion, Practice, Assignment and Quiz.
The learner will achieve a basic knowledge of the concept of "in control" and "out of Control" as measured by successful completion of Discussion, Practice, Assignment and Quiz.
The learner will achieve a basic knowledge of the root causes analysis as measured by successful completion of Discussion, Practice, Assignment and Quiz.
